Had Gutters Enriquez install a scupper box and downspouts for my flat roof. Edwin came out a few hours after I called him to give me a quote. I already had all of the materials pre purchased and on-site. The price was reasonable so the guys came out 2 days later to do the job.Hernan and Carlos did a good job and were very professional and they were also considerate. They had some questions along the way as this job involved cutting the brick through-hole to install the scupper and then repairing the bitumen (rubber) roof. The roof has seen better days but they were thoughtful about where they were cutting. I really appreciated they were careful about their tools and placement of supplies (e.g. nails) so as to not damage the part of the roof that was not being worked on.The guys cleaned up a couple of times along the way and also afterwards without me having to ask.Would definitely hire them again for this type of job. Thank you guys!Edit: couple of big storms and roof has been holding up great. The bigger scupper box definitely solved the problem I was having. The guys did a great job installing it.

I found Gutter Enriquez by conducting a random internet search and I am immensely pleased with their work product. I hired them to replace gutters, soffits and fascia and, upon timely completion of that project, I hired them to replace a flat top garage roof top. They started the second project the day after they completed the first project. Their work is perfection! The work crews start early and work late; they thoroughly cleaned all work areas and removed materials debris exceptionally well. I would describe Gutter Enriquez LLC as a company with integrity. I had been looking near and far, without success, for someone to clean the gutters of my home for months. The original person moved out of IL. During a recent winter rainy Saturday (12/14/24) evening in Chicago, the ceiling of my home started leaking. On Sunday, a friend researched companies and discovered Gutter Enriquez, LLC and I am glad he did. I scheduled the appointment on a Sunday (12/15/24). A technician was at my home on Monday (12/16/24) to clean the gutters, assess roof and recommend work needed. When the work began, the work was complete within a day. The communication, in-person inspection, work day, status checks and follow up, Gutter Enriquez did everything with patience and excellence. I can say I am satisfied with the service all around and will be a returning customer.I have recommended them already and highly recommend them to anyone in need of any of their services. Thank you.
